There are some telltale signs and symptoms of pregnancy.
Wondering if you're pregnant? While you'll want to see your doctor for a pregnancy test to know for sure, some common signs and symptoms may help you figure out if you are indeed expecting. Missing a period is often the most noticeable sign, however hormonal changes including the increasing levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause:
Fatigue. Being especially tired, regardless of how busy or active you've been, might have you wanting to sleep more than usual.
Nausea. Feeling sick to your stomach and even vomiting can begin within just weeks of becoming pregnant. Along these same lines, you may find you have a heightened sense of smell and can't stomach eating some foods while craving others.
Headache. Nagging headache pain is not unusual given the hormonal changes related to pregnancy.
Sore breasts. Breasts may feel sore, sensitive, tender, full and/or swollen.
Frequent need to urinate. Having to urinate more often, especially during night time hours, is a symptom you'll likely need to get used to if you are pregnant.
